Hangovers: Separating myths from reality. We’ll discuss the science behind hangovers, the culprits, and whether they can truly be avoided, all rooted in human metabolism.

Cranberries: A note found in some wines, we’ll examine the compounds responsible for cranberries vibrant color and distinctive aroma.

Retsina: With over 2000 years of history, learn how the Aleppo Pine traditionally used to seal wine vessels imparts its iconic flavor and how modern production methods differ.

Pedro Ximenez: Discover how this white grape transforms into an intensely sweet, rich fortified wine reminiscent of liquid Christmas pudding.
