Clifton Club Member, Jonathan Bradley’s new book, A Kaleidoscope of Butterflies, will be published by Merlin Unwin Books on Thursday 18th June, and there will be an online Zoom launch at 6 p.m.
You are warmly invited to join this virtual book launch party. This new book is a sequel to Papiliones, Jonathan’s first book of butterfly poems and one that you may know. It is much longer and contains poems for all of the butterflies commonly seen in this country, along with commentaries on their names, mini-biographies of some unusual butterfly enthusiasts, and beautiful photographs by Yealand Kalfayan.
Jonathan had hoped to have a traditional launch party but the pandemic has put paid to that, so proceeding online. We’re sorry that we can’t pour a glass of wine down the microphone, but please join us anyway, using the following link:

Merlin Unwin, the Chairman of the publishers, will introduce the session, Jonathan will do some readings from the book and Yealand Kalfayan will talk about some of his photographs. It will last for only about forty five minutes.
