Join Stephen Atkinson for this introductory session into Tai Chi.
Classes will run every Saturday for a number of weeks, starting from Saturday 21st September, 4.30pm.
Stephen has practised Tai Chi for 35 years, having studied the Yang Family in both London and Bristol. Tai Chi is at heart martial in its application, but it is principally taught in the West for health and well being. It is particularly beneficial for posture, breathing, and relaxation.
