This evenings beautifully crafted menu created by Head Chef Christian Wragg celebrates the great bounty from the length and breadth of the British Isles.
Similar to our recent, successful ‘Under The Sea’ Set Menu Dinner in September, the tables will be arranged in a U shape in the Dining Room, creating an intimate atmosphere for Members to enjoy with friends. Christian, will take you on a journey through his culinary inspiration, describing each delectable dish in detail and our Head Steward Marco will guide you through the wine flight paired with each of the 5-courses.
