A mid summer run to Taunton Vale Polo Club with an afternoon of polo, watching the second day of the Hong King Tournament.
Meeting point – The car park of the Blue Bowl Pub, Bristol Road, West Harptree, Bristol, BS40 6HJ, near Chew Valley Lake.

First cars leave from 10.30am
Route distance is approximately 46 miles and a bit over 2 hours driving time. A mixture of main roads and country lanes, interesting villages, lovely countryside with some great views, ‘free wheel’ down Cheddar Gorge if you’re brave enough, and enjoy a day out with a difference.
Taunton Vale Polo Club have kindly invited us to finish this mid-summer run at their polo grounds where we will be able to enjoy lunch in the club house and watch the last day of the Hong Kong Tournament starting at 2pm.
All Clifton Club Members, their navigators and guests are welcome. You do not need to be a Clifton Club Petrolhead, and all vehicles welcome – old/new /large/small quick/no-so-quick – providing only that they get you there and back!
